Metalic me

I had a shoot last Sunday with Jeremy.  We didn't shoot this but this was from my last shoot with him back in January of 2012.  I was SO SHINNY!!! In all honesty it was fun and no I sadly don't remember what he used to metallic me up. I just remember it was hard to get out of my hair.

Ps.  His editing in this makes the image.  Totally 100%

Non-modeling photo because Models do other things too

I was looking through images from 2009 (I didn't do a tun that year) and I found one of my all time best riding photos taken by my Mom.

We all gotta have our hobbies right? I was riding Ayla for a friend to keep her going while I was between horses.  Ayla was at the time a 22 or 23 year old arab-quarter horse cross who was a dressage schoolmaster, western pleasure and pleasure hunter that I taught how to jump, galloped through grass seed fields and generally played with.  She was a great mare and I think she is still going, I haven't hear otherwise.

Fantasy

2010 MAC Photo

Fantasy images are a common ground for nude models.  I've only done less then a handful of shoots focused around fantasy themes in my years of modeling (outside of the Gamer Girl Calender). I think I would like to do more in my future.

Exparemental Monday

My first studio nude shoot and my gateway drug to actual nudes in 2009.  Thanks Jeremy for being a gentleman!

Kendo eyes

2007 Christopher Murr and AshleeEloisePhotography (makeup)

I worked once with Christopher and Ashlee Murr once.  I brought along my Kendo mask (I practiced Kendo for a very short time) and we did a shoot with fantastic makeup.  Modeling through a screen is hard.  In addition I didn't really fully understand how to create emotion with my eyes.  Chris managed to pull this strong, interesting image out of me.  A good photographer can pull a good image out of a pretty clueless model anyday.

Late summer sun

This image captures a late Oregon summer.  We where on the top of a hill with high grass and the sun slowly setting.  This actually was my profile photo for multiple sites for a long time.  Its one of my favorite portrait type shots I have on my computer!

Attack Model Monday

Fear the attack Model!  I will mess with your hair.  Unless it was styled.  Because that shit takes long.

Float in

Its hard to say why I like this photo.  The light is harsh, the contrast is high, the way I am jumping makes me look broken, and there is so little grey scale on my body the black seems to take over and it feels like I am a darker blob in a very textually interesting and bright image.

That said I do like the texture of the mowed field, the black line of trees and what texture you can see on my body.  The pose is so broken and dark its interesting that it makes up for the harshness of the light.  This image is almost abstract, yet almost a classic landscape photo.

Really I think I like it because it looks like I am totally naked photo bombing.

I fixed it!

I finally fixed my computer!  I should have done it weeks ago but I was busy and I thought it was going to be way harder then it actually was.

This is one for the most technically challenging images I have ever created with a photographer.  Charles found a beautiful image and making of a dancing story.  The photographer captured the movement of the dance yet still had a sharp image.

We created this image by having a strobe on, but not up to full power.  I would start a movement when the shutter on the camera was opened and try to hit looking into the strobe when Charles manually flashed the strobe and closed the shutter a split second later.  The time on this was so hard to do but when we got it right we got it really right.

We plan on doing this shoot again when we can rent a theater space with black walls and floors and possibly bring a lead (man) in to help with more complicated dancing movements.  I will post more images from this shoot in the future but
